Q: How do I subscribe to Milklines?

A: Just click on the 'Dashboard' link in the main menu above and click on the Milk Urn . Follow the onscreen instructions to set up your account. Please note that if you select internet banking as your payment option, your account will be activated once payment has been confirmed.

 

Q: Why am I getting an error message when I try to login?

A: This may be caused by a number of things:

You may have entered your email address incorrectly. Please check to see that the email address is correct and that there are no spaces before or after the address (this can happen when it is copied and pasted from another source.

Please check to see you are using the correct password to access the Milklines newsletter or website. If you have forgotten your password, you can click on “forgotten password” and enter your email address. A message will be sent to your email address allowing you to enter a new password

If neither of the above fixes the problem please contact us at BakerAg by calling 06 370 6880 during working hours or email us at milklines@bakerag.co.nz and let us know your name and organisation, plus a phone and email address so we can call you and fix the problem.

 

Q:  Why am I not getting notifications of new issues of Milklines?

A:  Please check your Junk/Clutter folder or Spam filter. Sometimes notices may be interpreted by your computer system as being spam or junk and will be automatically sent to these folders in your system.

If this is happening, go into your system and set the bakerag.co.nz site as a trusted site. This will ensure your computer system recognises future emails and notices as legitimate.

 

Q: My password isn’t working or I have forgotten my password

A: Navigate to http://publications.bakerag.co.nz/user/login and enter your email address. Then have click on the “I’ve forgotten my password” link and a message will be sent to the email address associated with your account with instructions on how to reset your password. If you are getting an ‘invalid username’ error, please contact us at milklines@bakerag.co.nz

 

Q: How do I print out Milklines?

A: Milklines is designed to be read online. If you do want to print the newsletter, please respect our copyright and not print it for wide distribution to others. To print out the issue just lick the small printer icon in the top right of the issue frame and follow on screen instructions.

There is a known issue with printing directly from the Internet Explorer browser in which it only prints the top half of the page. If you have this issue you need to either open in a different browser (i.e Chrome, Firefox, Edge etc) or use the download link in the top right of the pdf viewer to download the pdf to their computer and then print from that file.
